Power Skating Skills School Fall Registration Form

Please note: Some classes will fill up early. All applications are handled on a first come, first served basis. Please complete and submit this registration form to me as soon as possible. Please make sure to save or print your acknowledgement and payment information at the end of the registration process. If I receive your payment within two weeks of that date your entry date will be the date that I received your completed registration form.  Thanks... Moni Johnson

 

 Fall 2025 - (5 week class) - $190.00 per skater

When you click Submit on the registration form, you will see a link to the following page outlining payment options. When payment is received, I will send you a receipt, also by email.

Currently, I do not offer a credit card payment. Payment for all PSSS classes is by cash, cheque or (if you use it) e-transfer from your bank. ( my email is moni@sk8canada.ca )

Note: - During the first week, players will be assessed by PSSS coaches to see that they are booked on an appropriate time slot. Players will be moved to the time slot best suited to their abilities so that all players get the maximum benefit of this program .... No Exceptions.
